Investors Committed to Excellence is a diversified, multi-denominational group of investors collectively committed to excellence in transforming communities and lives. ICE is committed to the goal of making home ownership so much within reach that our buyers and renters can be assured of owning their homes within 15 years. All of that is achievable through love, education and commitment.

To restore dignity, respect and care in our communities. To provide a presence and feeling that one lives in a desirable community in Western New York and elsewhere.
